Petnovo offers standard U.S. shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at customerservice@petnovo.com with your order details.
Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
