Petnovo currently accepts the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, order value, currency, and eligibility. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Currency and Charges

The applicable currency, product total, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and final order total will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, your selected payment method will be charged when your order is placed. Some transactions may require additional authorization or verification by your bank or payment provider.

Installment Payments

Shop Pay Installments may be available to eligible customers and qualifying orders. Eligibility, payment schedules, interest rates, and other financing terms are determined and provided by the applicable payment provider during checkout.

Petnovo does not make financing eligibility or approval decisions.

Payment Security

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other authorized payment providers.

Payment information is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard security technology. Petnovo does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.

Order Confirmation

After your order is successfully placed, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect. An order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if additional payment verification is required.

Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined by your bank or payment provider for reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, fraud-prevention checks, card restrictions, or an expired payment method.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please verify your billing information, try another available payment method, or contact your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Policy Updates

We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes to our payment methods, providers, or business practices. Updates will apply from the date shown at the top of this page and will not change the payment terms of orders already completed.
